Carl knows safety! After 17 years with one of the largest electric utility companies in the United States, he started Potter and Associates International. Through his presentations and consulting, he now spends his time bringing his frontline, hands-on experience of personal responsibility and safety to companies all over the country.
He wrote the book, or books, on safety! His books include: Who Is Responsible for Safety, Safety on My Mind, Safety is a Team Sport, and The Accident Prevention Workbook for Distribution Technicians. Many in this industry consider his books to be the primers for safety in the workplace. Further, thousands of safety professionals around the world depend on Carl's weekly safety e-zine Safety Spot News.
Deb works with organizations that want to design themselves for success while increasing profits and productivity. After 27 years professional and management positions in Fortune 100 companies, she partnered with Carl to help organizations create and manage a true culture of safety. Deb holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University and will soon be completing a PhD in Organization Management and Business.
